VERUS
VERUS earns its place in situations every operator knows. Here is what it does in each, and, at the end, what it does not do yet.
Plant managers
You run the plant, and the reporting runs you.
COOs and operations leaders
Six plants, six spreadsheets, and the numbers never agree.
Owners, private equity, holding companies and boards
You see your companies once a month, in packs someone else built.
Buyers, after closing
You've closed. Now you need to know what you actually bought.
Platform companies
The add-on keeps its own ERP, and its numbers mean something different.
New plant managers, operating partners, interim leaders
You've just arrived, and everyone has a story about the numbers.
Continuous improvement and cost programs
The program is busy. Did the number move?
Owners preparing a sale
Before buyers look, know what they will find.
A natural fit for what VERUS does today, though it has not yet been used in a sale.
VERUS starts with manufacturing and industrial facilities. The core is not tied to them: reading the systems, one set of definitions, agents, the brief. What each industry needs is its own knowledge on top: its words, its measures, its systems and its usual problems. So each new industry comes the same way: built with a design partner on real data, proven, and only then opened up. Then the next.
Next
Today VERUS connects read-only to a company you own. Before closing, a buyer has a data room and a few weeks. Reading a data-room extract on that timeline, and showing what the target’s numbers really say, is the next thing being built. If that is what you need, tell us about it.
